On Thursday night Will and I packed up a permanent fixture in our house for the past 2 1/2 years. Brinleys Crib. I can't believe that my little baby girl is no longer little and no longer a baby. She is a little lady who is becoming more mature every day. It is funny to think about how silly she looked in her crib. She with her many friends that join her in dream land looked so stuffed in that little crib. Now she looks so small in her new big girl bed. With plenty of room for more friends. Our Growing Kids God's Way class taught us that we should train our children to not get out of bed until Mommy or Daddy say or in our case until Mommy our Daddy help her out. All week we have been talking about what our Big Girl Bed rule is and she with great confidence replies "mommy and daddy help out". Well we had our first nap today and she actually slept and did not get out of the bed at all. She went to sleep tonight with out any fight. We will see how tomorrow morning goes. Her reward for staying in her bed all night is Dunkin Doughnuts and I have to say I think I am going to be more excited about that than she is.:)
