2 Years...

Sweet Brin, You have officially turned two. As your mother I can't believe you once grew inside of me and now look at you. You are 32 inches tall and weigh 25 pounds. Everyone tells you it goes by so fast and you never actually believe them until you experience it first hand. These last two years you have changed mommy and daddy's lives in so many ways. You are the driving force behind all that challenges us.(in a good way) Having you in our lives makes us more conscious of what we say, how we say it and why we are saying it. We love being your parents and are so proud to call you ours. The Lord gave us such a sweet blessing in you. I love how you wake up every morning and are so excited to start your day. You sit in your bed sometimes and just talk and laugh, mommy and daddy just listen to you and laugh every Saturday morning. You are constant entertainment for us. You vocabulary is daily amazing me. I say something and your repeat as clear as I just said it. You have such a sweet heart. You already are starting to recognize the feelings of others and have such a compassion for them. I pray that the Lord continues to nurture that quality in you so you can use it in the future to help others. Before meals and bedtime you remind us of how the we are supposed to come to the feet of the Almighty with a childlike faith. Pway! Pway! you say. When we ask you who you want to pray for you always say GaGa and Paisley. Why they are always your top picks is the never answered question, we finally just decided that maybe the Lord knew GaGa needed prayer and Paisley needs prayer so Mommy doesn't give her away. You are already a little prayer warrior. You have so many favorite things now. You love to watch Boz the Bear, and Strawberry Shortcake. When Mommy was little she loved Strawberry to! You love to play outside and love to listen to music. When ever there is a crowd you become quite the entertainer. You are now a Big Sister and have two little brothers that you love very much. You have so much concern for them when they cry. Your immediate response is shoo-shoo diaper or milk. Thanks to our "I'm a Big Sister" book you know that babies cry when they have a dirty diaper or the need to eat. Mommy and Daddy are so thankful that you have adjusted so well to "baby lolo and baby ausit". I look forward to watching you and your brothers interact with each other. You are my sweet girl and Mommy can't believe that you are two. I love you and am so glad that you are my daughter. Happy Birthday Brins!!
